We do not accept inquiries by phone.

If your inquiry is about an order you have placed, please include your order number.

When will I get a reply?

Our target reply time is within 3 business days of your inquiry.

We do not guarantee an immediate reply.

Our business days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Our closed days are Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Japanese national holidays, and any additional days we choose to close.

We do not announce additional closed days.

We count business days in Japan time.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / Amex): subject to each card company's terms. Payment due dates follow your card company.

Apple Pay / Google Pay: subject to each payment service's terms and payment timing.

Pay Later (Paidy): subject to Paidy's terms. You can pay in full the following month, or in 3, 6, or 12 installments.

Convenience-store payment: available only through Pay Later (Paidy).

Bank transfer / direct debit: available for paying Paidy when you use Pay Later (Paidy).

We do not offer cash on delivery.

Can I get a quotation?

We issue quotations only for large orders (orders that include 11 or more cutting capes).

For large orders (orders that include 11 or more cutting capes), you can email us to request a quotation or to discuss payment methods.

For orders that are not large orders, you can see the order total at checkout after adding items to your cart.

Can you make a custom cape?

We make custom capes called CBC (Custom Barber Cape).

We accept CBC inquiries by email (hello@nakamura-shop.com).

Where can I find a product's size and materials?

The size, fabric, weight, fastener, and leather parts of a product are shown in the "Size", "Fabric", "Weight", "Fastener", and "Leather parts" lines on its product page.
