Orders / Returns

• Return Acceptance Period
  At Barber & Apparel Nakamura Shoten / NK Supply, we accept returns for online credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
  If eligible for return, please contact us at hello@nakamura-shop.com to confirm the return process.

• Final Sale (Non-Returnable)

  • Limited release products: including collaboration items or items co-branded with other brands
  • Sale items
    These are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Return Conditions

  1. Unworn and unwashed (no signs of wear, alterations, or cleaning)
  2. Product tags and packaging must be in their original condition
  3. Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  4. Barber & Apparel Nakamura Shoten (NK Supply) does not cover return shipping fees (these must be paid by the customer).

• Defective or Incorrect Items
  If you receive a defective product or an incorrect size/item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will address the issue promptly.

• Approval for Returns
  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy.
  In addition, the following fees may apply for exchanges, cancellations, or returns that do not meet our conditions or are sent without prior authorization:

  • Restocking fee: $10
  • Unauthorized returns: 15% of the product price
