3. Orders and Shipping
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 24–36 hours after payment confirmation.
- For email orders, the stock availability at the time of email confirmation will apply.
- Once shipped, a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent.
Shipping Timing
- Products will be shipped within 5 business days of payment confirmation (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
- Holidays include Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and other announced periods.
- Orders placed separately cannot be combined for shipping.
Shipping Risks
- We are not responsible for issues such as loss, damage, or theft during delivery.
- If the delivery address is incorrect or if delivery fails repeatedly, and no contact is made within 3 days of the storage period expiring, the order will be canceled. Refunds will deduct a cancellation fee of 1,000 yen, 30% of the product price, and shipping costs.
- Customers must handle complaints with the shipping carrier directly.
International Shipping
- Products are shipped directly to various regions internationally.
- Orders to Russia are only delivered to business addresses. Returned items will not qualify for shipping refunds or re-shipping at our expense.
- Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please confirm these in advance.
4. Returns & Exchanges (Cancellations)
Checking Products Upon Arrival
- Please check the product's content and condition upon arrival.
- Slight measurement discrepancies (1–2 cm) may occur depending on the material (fabric, knit, etc.).
- Returns or exchanges for reasons such as damaged packaging materials are not accepted.

Clear Damage, Defects, or Incorrect Items

- Exchanges will be processed if stock is available; otherwise, refunds will be provided.
- If equivalent replacement products are available, priority will be given to exchanges, and returns may not be accepted.

- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any reason after 5 days, even if the product is unopened.
- Products returned after the 6th day may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
- The product must be unused (tags and accessories intact, and not washed or cleaned).
- Accessories and packaging must be in the same condition as when delivered.
- Other conditions specified by us must be met.
Non-Returnable Examples
- Products used even once.
- Damage caused by customer negligence.
- Products that have been altered, repaired, or cleaned by the customer.
- Packaging that is damaged, soiled, lost, or discarded.
- Differences in color due to PC or smartphone displays.
Sale Items & Limited Releases
- Sale items and limited-release products (including collaborations) are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
When Damage or Defects Are Not Acknowledged
- If we do not acknowledge damage or defects, the product will be returned to the customer, with shipping costs covered by us.
