All our cutting capes are made to order. Delivery is normally 6–8 weeks after your order is confirmed. Some items may be available for same-day shipping — please contact us for details.

Shipping costs

Shipping varies by destination and order total. See Shipping Rates for details. Shipping is free on orders over ¥40,000 within Japan, and over ¥100,000 internationally (over ¥79,800 for Europe).

Returns

Our items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. We accept returns only in cases of clear damage, defect, or an incorrect item delivered. For details, please see our Refund policy.
