A shaving cape in a fine blue-and-white stripe, overlaid with the pucker characteristic of seersucker. Seersucker is a cotton fabric woven by varying the tension of the yarns, drawing the surface up into that fine pucker. The result is a depth of shadow that flat cloth cannot give.
